Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Please let us know your expected arrival time so we can welcome you in person. If you arrive earlier, we’ll gladly look after your luggage until the room is ready; early access to the room is available on request, subject to availability and for a supplement.

Rooms should be vacated by 11:00 am. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability: it is complimentary when you book through our official website, with a supplement otherwise. After check-out you’re welcome to leave your luggage with us.

We’re on via Toledo, in the heart of Naples. From Capodichino airport: about 25 minutes by taxi or on the Alibus shuttle. From Napoli Centrale: metro Line 1 to Toledo station, then a short walk. Full directions on our Location page.

Via Toledo is a limited traffic zone (ZTL). We recommend a partner car park nearby: we’ll send you detailed directions before you arrive. Parking arrangement to be confirmed.

Yes. Breakfast awaits you in the residence every morning, from 7:00 to 9:30 am, and is included in your stay: fresh produce and Neapolitan specialties, fresh juices, espresso and cappuccino. For special dietary needs (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan), please let us know before you arrive.

No, the city tourist tax is not included in the rate. It is €5.50 per night per guest aged 14 and over, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights, and is paid at the residence. In effect from May 1, 2026; the amount is subject to updates by the City of Naples.

At the residence we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, cash and bank transfer.

It depends on the rate you choose. The Flexible Rate allows free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. The Non-Refundable Rate requires full prepayment, with no refund or changes.

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms and common areas of the residence.
